Due to continued growth and success in their field, this leading global marketing research consultancy is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to join their dedicated team.
Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three years in marketing research for a reputable company. (Please note that two years experience would be considered for a lower level Research Executive position if the candidate also has good academics.)
Academics:
- B.Com or B.BSc degree (preferably with Honours in Marketing) or any relevant/related degree. A Masters degree in Social Science would also be considered as long as the programme included some Advanced Research methods and Statistics courses. Academic transcripts must show consistently good performance.
Personality:
- The ability to work in a team but also independently
- Able to make decisions independently, impersonally and speedily
- Solution and action orientated
- Take responsibility for decisions made
- Able to apply practical and realistic knowledge to arrive at a timeous solution
- Make decisions on limited knowledge
- Deal with repetition and sometimes, administrative type tasks
- Ability to motivate people
- A strong sense for organisation, order and continuity
