A small but very energetic owner run company, with a client base in South and Southern Africa is looking for a highly self motivated mid to senior level Cisco Certified Engineer with Wireless Network design and installation experience. Additionally the successful candidate will need to be able to cross the line into sales.
The position will involve travel throughout Southern Africa and therefore a valid passport will be essential as will the ability to be able to travel when needed. The successful candidate will also be required to attend Sales Meetings as well as Installations, to assist with Network Design and write Proposals. The person will also be required to attend courses, both in South Africa and Holland, and be on top of emerging technologies. Good social and communication skills are a must as the candidate will be required to communicate with decision makers.
The company is willing to invest in the right person who will be expected to have a very high standard of work and a strong work ethic. This position will be ideal for someone who has gained the certifications along with a strong skills and experience base, and who is now looking for a company to join where the opportunity is to take his career to the next, and very interesting, level.
Ideally candidates will be fluent in English and Afrikaans as a minimum.
Salary is negotiable.
This position is Cape Town based and any candidate will ideally need to be already based in Cape Town. No relocation costs are available for local or returning South Africans.
